CSR Register launched for events management firms

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Register, the UK's first national listing of charity and community projects, has just been launched.

CSR Register will be especially useful for events management firms, as CSR has increasingly become a hot topic in the sector. The register offers a list of projects taken from its contacts with more than 1,000 charities and community groups throughout the UK.

"Agencies and client teams can become hugely creative and meet the issues of CSR, the environment and responsible behaviour head on," Richard Strange, director at CSR Register, said.

"Imgine pitching achievable live projects to a client. Not only does it help the company deliver on CSR policy and promises it can also lead the agency teams into new areas of an account."

All kinds of projects and events from a very diverse list of charities are included on the register.
