Logistik help Lloyds host green conference

Events management firm Logistik has helped Lloyds TSB make its three day conference an environmental triumph.
Working in conjunction with the bank on their annual meet last week (January 7th to 10th), Logistik led initiatives for waste reduction, recycling, bio-degradable food and drink-packaging and transport sharing schemes to the Birmingham's NEC, which hosted the event.
Stephen Pegge, head of communications with Lloyds TSB, confirmed that, with the help of Logistic, the bank were able to run a truly environmental event.
He said: "Sustainable development is a priority for us at Lloyds TSB Commercial and Logistik's ingenuity and commitment has enabled us to engage our staff without compromise but in an environmentally responsible way."
Meanwhile, events management company WorldEvents continued its expansion by opening a new office in Europe.
The firm now has a base in Amsterdam, as well its headquarters in Yorkshire and a third office in the US.
