Red Mill revel in darts link

Red Mill's decision to pair with professional darts player Peter Manley to help promote Mr Porky pork scratchings has led to more exposure for the brand.
Manley, who is nicknamed 'One Dart', has been wearing a pink Mr Porky shirt since the PDC World Championship, which ended earlier this year, with the marketing already turning heads, Creative Match reports.
Sales and Marketing Controller of Red Mill, Sarah Nunn, revealed that the link with Manley was the ideal move for Red Mill.
"Pork scratchings have long been considered the perfect accompaniment to darts and we thought Peter Manley was the perfect character to help us highlight this," she said.
The deal between the darts player and the snack was devised by PR firm Big Communications, which recently praised Manley for his showing at the PDC World Championship where he reached the quarter final.
