CIPR reveal BSI link

The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) has made BSI its exclusive events management organisation firm.
BSI will now oversee the accommodation and spending for all of the organisations' meetings, including the Annual Conference and the World PR Conference for 2008.
Managing director of BSI, Charles Cockell, revealed that the firm was excited about the new contract and had already begun its work.
"We look forward to delivering results in line with the CIPR's high expectations and have already started working with them to secure the best possible venues for the year ahead," he said.
"We have also negotiated special rates with hotels in close proximity to CIPR headquarters in London," he added.
Meanwhile, the Worldspan Group has reported a massive profits increase of 122 per cent for the previous financial year.
The firm attributed its success to a 21 per cent increase in sales, yielding a pre-tax gain of £130,000.
