Retail marketing company Creo has completed the purchase of The Lauren Group.
The PR firm was established less than a year ago and its purchase of the print and POP company could help it reach an annual turnover of around £10 million, Creative Match reports.
Richard Saysell, managing director of Creo, revealed that the deal with The Lauren Group would help revolutionise the service his firm could offer its consumers.
He said: "It has always been part of our strategy to bring manufacturing and fulfilment in-house, and Lauren is a superb fit having the latest litho, screen and digital equipment.
"We could not be more delighted to have achieved this strategic milestone so soon after Creos formation earlier this year," he added.
And founder of The Lauren Group, Tony Gray, was equally optimistic for the future following the merger.
"We have been looking to join forces with a creative agency like Creo for some time. The timing is fantastic and I think our combined creative and manufacturing offer will be unrivalled in the marketplace," he said.
