Universal Event Management joins forces with Big Traffic Mobile Billboards
Saturday 08th of December 2007
Universal Event Management has announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Big Traffic Mobile Billboards Worldwide.
The deal is apparently the "first ever" between an event management company and outdoor advertising specialist, according to the two firms.
"There are significant industry trends which are affecting our ability to add value, as well as generate additional revenues for show managers," Charlie Greco, chief executive of Universal Event Management, commented.
"Traditional tradeshow exhibitor sponsorships are down. As a result, revenues are down.
We believe that banners, column wraps, sponsorship logos, and the like, just isn't enough anymore.
"Commission fees to facilities for indoor sponsorships continue to cut into a decreasing revenue opportunity for show managers. Mobile billboards and outdoor advertising is simply the best cost effective way to promote your event, create exhibitor brand and product awareness and increase revenue opportunities."
