Oki wins printing accolade
Tuesday 23rd of October 2007
Oki Data Americas, which markets its products under the general Oki brand, has been named the 2007 Tech Innovator Company of the year in the Printing and Imaging category for its C8800 wide-format printers.
The C8800 series has a carbon footprint that is 38 per cent smaller than others in its product class - and it also can dramatically reduce the complexity, cost and space requirements for wide-format printers.
"Coming from the most respected experts in the channel business, this honour acknowledges OKI Printing Solutions' dedication to providing its channel partners with competitive, industry-changing solutions," said Candice Dobra, vice president, product marketing, Oki Data Americas.
"The C8800 is sold exclusively through the channel and not only delivers outstanding margins but also gives the channel an advantage over their competition in the lucrative SME space."
Winners were selected through a two-stage process. First they were evaluated by a team of editors, and then by a panel of judges from the solution-provider community.
