1. Explain to me more how this can grow our business?
GetBiz is a business to business comparison and lead generation site. We actively market (through different avenues) to receive a high number of leads. These leads are then passed on to up to 5 of our most suitable suppliers. This effectively gives you excellent quote opportunities for a minimal lead payment and you now have direct contact with this business. Best of all you only pay for the leads you receive so you can directly track your ROI.
2. So what is Pay per Lead?
Pay per Lead is the new wave of online marketing. It does what it says:- you pay per business lead you receive eliminating the unecessary costs of means such as Pay per Click and various other forms of advertising. For each lead you receive (in the categories you have chosen) you will pay a small fee. It's that simple.
3. What makes up the criteria for a qualified Lead?
Quite simply it means that a member of the GetBiz has contacted the Buyer of a lead to ensure the validity of the lead; that they have an actual or potential requirement, that it is a B2B lead and that it hits our minimum monetary value per category.
4. How do I manage the number and areas of my Leads?
You can choose to receive leads for any number of categories that you feel is relevant to your business. Further to this each category has sub categories. An example is print where you have; "litho printing" and "digital printing" a lot of companies do one or the other; similarly many do either only "large runs" or specialise in smaller jobs and many cross over. In this way you can choose the categories and sub categories that are best suited to your business. In relation to leads quantity you can also manage this in your profile where you can specify how many leads per category and sub category you want to receive. This can be increased or decreased at anytime.
5. What is the cost?
The cost varies depending on the category and ranges from £15 upwards.
6. Am I locked in to anything?
Absolutely not. You pay up front with a minimum value of £150 to be credited to your account, from which the cost of your leads will be deducted. It is up to you if you wish to continue topping up your account. There are no obligation periods, no small print and you can come and go as you please (of course it is our aim is to provide a service you are so happy with that you stay).
7. How do I receive the qualified Leads?
When you join GetBiz you will have your own personalised account (we highly recommend that you view the 'Quick tour' to demonstrate this). Each time a new lead has been verified it will then be sent to the lead site of up to 5 selected Suppliers. An email will then be sent to your email address advising you that you have a new lead, you click on this and it will take you to "My Leads" where the full details including; name, address, company, contact and brief will be available to you.
8. How soon can I begin receiving Leads?
We can have you set-up and ready to go by the end of the next business day.
9. Are the Leads from UK businesses?
Yes they are, at this point in time GetBiz is only operating in the UK and is looking for UK only Buyers and Suppliers.
10. How does GetBiz source its Leads?
The GetBiz Team work hard to obtain high search listings for our key categories with all major search engines both paid and natural. This is combined with campaigns with partner sites that have relevant traffic for our target keywords. In addition to this we run e-mail campaigns to B2B opt-in databases to further increase exposure to the market and next year we will begin releasing ad campaigns.
11. Can I get Leads in more than 1 category?
Yes, you can sign into as many categories and sub categories as you feel are relevant to your business so long as there are not already 5 existing business for this category. Also note if you sign up for a category or sub category then you will receive leads so please make sure that they are areas that relevant to you. If there are already 5 existing compnaies in your category then we will put you on the waiting list.
12. What is the competition for a lead?
In any one sub category there is up to, and no more, than 5 suppliers.
13. How and when do I pay for the leads?
To activate your account you simply go to your account and the payment tool and put a minimum of £150 credit on your account. Each lead that you receive from there will be deducted from this amount. At £30 you will be sent a reminder email. If your account drops to £0 and we are unable to contact you then we will need to move another company up to the paid listing.
14. What happens when we win a lead?
Congratulations! All we ask is that you let us know so that we can accurately report our results, however there is no obligation to and no more money to be paid. The customer, the job and any future jobs is yours.
15. What happens if I receive a lead that is not suitable to our business?
If you feel you have received an unsuitable lead simply complete the feedback form and send it through, a member of the GetBiz team will then contact you to resolve this and the money will be credited back to your account where appropriate.
16. What sort of businesses is GetBiz looking for?
GetBiz is looking to create mutually rewarding, long-term partnerships with our Suppliers. If it works for you then it works for us! Similarly we are passionate that our Buyers are given quality, well priced services and products. GetBiz is a resource we want to see used again and again and again. Unlike so many online businesses we have a large focus on customer service both to our Buyers and also you, our Suppliers.
