1. What is a qualified lead?
A qualified lead, means that the company and/ or individual exists and have an actual or potential requirement for the product or service they have expressed an interest in.
2. How does Getbiz ensure that the leads are relevant to me?
Leads will only be forwarded for the categories you've selected. In addition to that, you have the option to opt out of certain keyword searches to make your leads more targeted.
3. How do I know that I've got a lead?
Once you have registered with Getbiz and your account is in sufficient credit, you will receive a notification that you have a lead via e-mail. You can of course, just logon on to your account at any time and review leads that have been obtained for you. Once logged onto the system you are able to review your profile and account information and edit as required.
4. How do I pay for my leads?
Getbiz requires a minimum balance of £75 on your account, to pay for leads. When you are close to running out of leads, we will send you a reminder so that you can top up your account. We also provide analysis that can help predict how long the leads will last you. Getbiz accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, as well as Paypal. We do not offer account terms unfortunately.
5. How many companies will receive a lead?
Typically there would be a maximum of 6 companies competing for the lead. But normally this would be far less. This also depends on the keywords/ categories that you have selected.
6. What happens when /if I receive an order?
This is good news. Getbiz will not ask for anything extra or any form of commission. We simply hope that this will encourage you to invest to obtain more leads and have the chance to win even more business.
7. Does Getbiz tie me in for a period of time?
We do not tie you in for any period of time. We are very confident that you will want to remain with Getbiz due to the volume and overall quality of the leads that we provide.
8. How do we get leads for your business?
There is no magic here! We work hard to obtain high search listings for our key categories with all major search engines both paid and natural. This is combined with campaigns with partner sites who have relevant traffic for our target keywords. In addition to this we run e-mail campaigns to B2B opt-in databases to further increase exposure to the market and later in the year we'll be releasing ad campaigns.
9. In what circumstances do you give credits?
The Get Biz team will always contact companies (Via phone or e-mail) who have requested quotations and qualify them before sending to the selected suppliers on our directory. Invariably some leads that are received will have a high value and others smaller and not so interesting. However this is the nature of any marketing activity and is reflected in our low cost per lead. In some circumstances it would be unfair to expect you to pay for a lead, these are as follows:
- If we've sent duplicate leads
- The lead contact is not contactable - as the telephone number and/or e-mail address is not valid
- False leads - i.e. the lead contact has no knowledge of submitting a request Normally the above scenarios will get caught by our verification, so instances of this are extremely unlikely.
10. Does the lead price vary and change?
Lead pricing depends very much on the keywords and is related to the cost of acquisition of leads for the market segment. These prices are transparent at any time when you log into the system. They get reviewed on a monthly basis to ensure they are updated.

1. How does it work?
Simply, Getbiz allows you to complete one simple form that is sent off to our selected suppliers. Based on your project requirements, they'll get back to you with their quotations or requests for additional information.
2. Do I have to work with these suppliers?
You are not obliged in any way to work with these suppliers. The decision is completely yours.
3. Does it cost anything?
This price comparison service has no charge to you, its completely FREE.
4. What happens with my information?
