About this calculatorThe maths for the calculation assumes a 21 working days per month.Example: 5 leads per day during a 6 month campaign with 20% conversion rate and an average order value of £25.00. Value per month = 21 x 5 x 0.2 x £25 = £525 If the customer stays for three months (life cycle) and the orders are repeated (order frequency) every month, then for the first four months the order value increases by £525 each month. Order value by month 4 = 4 x £525 = £2100 As the customer life cycle is every three months there is a regular loss of customers for months 4, 5 and 6 of the campaign. This is balanced by new customers so the Income will level off at £2100 from month 4. The total Income for the 6 month campaign is: £525 + £1050 + £1575 +£2100 + £2100 + £2100 = £9450 |
