About me I am a qualified Psychologist and work as a Life Coach and Counsellor in Southampton and surrounding areas. My experience in these combined fields ensures that you receive sessions that are perfectly tailored to your individual needs. I work with respect and consider the client as expert, ultimately only you know what is best for you and I will listen to you and value you as an individual. For me successful coaching involves working with the whole person. We will work together to sort out what is worrying you or holding you back, remove barriers to progress and identify and clarify ways forward. This process will ensure that you understand yourself more clearly, and live your life with renewed motivation, confidence and energy. Successful counselling also involves working with the elements above but offers further benefits. Counselling gives you a space in which to feel truly heard, somewhere you can talk openly and honestly without encountering a judgemental or critical attitude. If you feel you are carrying a heavy load, have been through a traumatic experience or simply want to talk with someone who will focus on your needs and concerns, then counselling is an option to consider. My Experience I am a professional Psychologist with fifteen years experience of Counselling and Life Coaching both Personal and Business clients. I enjoy running groups and seminars on building self-esteem and confidence and increasing life happiness. I also specialise in assisting people with overcoming fears and anxieties, whether that is due to a phobia (particularly social phobia and fear of giving presentations) panic attacks or general stress and anxiety.
